Clients and P.A.s

Rota Umbrella provides an Employment and Payroll service which enables Clients to engage the Personal Assistants of their choice without the responsibilities of becoming employers – no arranging insurance, opening / operating PAYE or dealing with HMRC.

Personal Assistants will receive a higher net income than under PAYE or if Self-Employed without having to register with HMRC, wait for a UTR Number, arrange insurance, issue invoices, keep accounts or take responsibility for paying Tax / NIC.

Rota Umbrella will employ the Client’s chosen Personal Assistant, issue invoices, deduct Tax / NIC, make PAYE submissions to HMRC, provide insurance cover and handle all employee taxation matters. There is no additional cost to the Service User…our margin is obtained by arranging payments in a tax efficient but HMRC compliant manner.
